Anthology book

The fingerprint of our project, this anthology e-book is a collection of thought-provoking texts related to the traumatic world we live in, our traumas, our hopes, the questions we don’t know the answers to, and the preconceived answers to once-lost questions. The texts, selected following open calls for European and African writers and produced during the transcontinental writers’ residencies organised as part of the project, present different stories and insights on illegal migration, prejudice, the position of women on both continents, the problems of memories, the impossibility of movement, social and political taboos, misunderstandings and the strong need for European and African people to find a common language through art. Explore the different viewpoints on the real issues, doubts, hopes and themes that have arisen in these traumatic post-pandemic times on two continents separated at their closest geographical point by only 14 km and centuries of historical and political misunderstanding.
